Step 1

Step 3
Find the Right Property
Once your budget is in place, begin the search for your dream home by browsing our available properties online. Our sales team will be able to provide you with a selection of properties to view.

Step 4
Make an Offer
When you’ve found the perfect property for you, submit your offer via your dedicated sales negotiator.

Step 5
Offer Agreed
Once you’re offer is agreed, we’ll get in touch to confirm your solicitor’s and mortgage broker’s contact details.

Step 6
Instruct a Solicitor
Once your offer has been accepted, the next step is our sales negotiator will assist your solicitor with the conveyancing process which includes (but is not limited to) exchanging of contracts and a proposed date for completion.

Step 7
Survey and Mortgage Offer
Once the mortgage valuation is completed, you should receive a final mortgage offer from your lender. At this stage, we recommend that you consider taking out mortgage payment protection and buildings & contents insurance.

Step 8
Exchange Contracts
Once the conveyancing, survey and mortgage offer have all been completed, the deposit is paid and a completion date is set between both parties.

Step 9
On your completion date, you will be able to collect the keys from your Open Move office and start moving your possessions into the property. Congratulations, your dream home is now a reality!
